Slow cooked bbq inspired meats incorporated into various dishes. We use the smoker which is enclosed and attached to the back side of the food trailer. Once the meat has been Tenderized for hours on end, it is broken down into various style dishes. Smoked Mac and cheese pulled pork bowl, meat lasagna, blueberry and or dark cherry crusted brisket sliders, homemade jicama slaw, smoked shrimp skewers, smoked chicken tacos, pulled pork street tacos, garden tacos, half racks, and various desserts.
